Vernon Davis GILL, 86, of Lincoln, Neb., formerly of Sioux City, died 
April 16, 2007. Memorial services: Apr 21, 2007 at Morningside Lutheran 
Church in Sioux City. Private family graveside services will be in Memorial 
Park Cemetery. 

WATERBURY, Neb. -- Dale L. WENSEL, 81, formerly of Waterbury, 
and Nadine J. Wensel, 81, of Corona, Calif. Nadine died April 5, 2007
and Dale died April 13, 2007, following lengthy illnesses. May 3, 2007 
would have been their 57th wedding anniversary. Services at Crossroads 
Church in Corona. Arrangements are under the direction of Walker Family 
Funeral Services in Corona. Nadine was born May 25, 1925, to Myrtle and 
Ray Joy in Ontario, Calif. Dale was born July 22, 1925, in Waterbury to 
Fern and Percy Wensel. He served in the U.S. Army in 1943, during WW II.

WAKEFIELD, Neb. -- Evangeline BARK, 93, of Wakefield died April 13, 2007.
Services: Apr 19, 2007 at Thompson Chapel Funeral Home in Wakefield. 
Burial will be in Wakefield Cemetery.  

COLERIDGE, Neb. -- Alvin A. KREI, 88, of Norfolk, Neb., formerly of 
Coleridge, died April 16, 2007, at his residence. Services: Apr 19, 2007 
at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Coleridge. Burial will be in Lawn Ridge 
Cemetery. 

HARTINGTON, Neb. -- Wendell P. HAAHR, 86, of Hartington died April 13, 2007.
Services: Apr 18, 2007 at Trinity Lutheran Church in Hartington. Burial will be 
in Paragon Cemetery, rural Hartington, with military rites conducted by the 
Hartington Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 5283. 

SOUTH SIOUX CITY -- Marvin A. KOSKOVICH, 81, of South Sioux City died
April 13, 2007, at his residence. Services: Apr 18, 2007 at St. Paul United 
Methodist Church. Burial will be in Dakota City Cemetery. 

COLERIDGE, Neb. -- Larry Dean HOFFART, 67, died April 22, 2007.
Services: Apr 27, 2007 at St. Michael's Catholic Church in Coleridge. 
Burial will be in St. Michael's Cemetery, with military rites. 
Arrangements are under the direction of Wintz Funeral 
Home in Coleridge. 

George Martin "J.R." PEDERSEN, 80, of Sioux City passed 
away April 20, 2007. Memorial services at Mohr Funeral Home in 
South Sioux City. Burial will be at a later date in Memorial Park Cemetery.
Born Jan. 3, 1927, in Goodwin, Neb., the son of George W. and Anna H. 
(Christiansen) Pedersen. Joined the U.S. Marine Corps in 1945. 
Married Marie I. Mann on Dec. 28, 1971. Marie passed away in 1979. 
Married Evelyn Riner on Jan. 18, 1997, in Vermillion, S.D. Preceded in 
death by his first wife, Marie; two stepsons; his parents and grandparents; 
two brothers, Richard and Marvin Andersen; and two sisters, Marie Sullivan 
and Martha Mortensen.

WALTHILL, Neb. -- Edna Mae PHILLIPS, 60, of Walthill died April 26, 2007
at a Sioux City hospital. Services Alfred Gilpin Building in Macy, Neb. Burial 
will be in Omaha Tribal Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of 
Munderloh Funeral Home in Pender, Neb. 

CROFTON, Neb. -- Gerald H. POTTS, 68, of Crofton died April 18, 2007
at his residence following a lengthy illness. Services at St. Rose of Lima 
Catholic Church in Crofton. Burial in St. Rose of Lima Cemetery.
Arrangements are under the direction of Wintz Funeral Home in Crofton. 

ROSALIE, Neb. -- Roland P. McCRORY, 91, of rural Rosalie died April 18, 2007
at his residence. Services at Bancroft Presbyterian Church in Bancroft, Neb. 
Burial in Bancroft City Cemetery. Munderloh Funeral Home in Pender, Neb.
