Sioux City Journal July 2007 SOUTH SIOUX CITY -- Daniel Paul HUNTER, 69, of South Sioux City passed away June 28, 2007, at a Sioux City hospital. Services Monday at Glad Tidings Lighthouse Church. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Becker-Hunt Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Daniel was born Dec. 12, 1937, in Winnebago, Neb., the son of George R. and Nellie F. (Rich) Hunter. He was a longtime resident of South Sioux City. Married Marilyn A. Kuzela on June 16, 1967, in South Sioux City. Preceded in death by his parents; and two sisters, Vi Hunter and Margie Hunter. SOUTH SIOUX CITY -- Louvenia E. BOYKIN, 94, of South Sioux City passed away July 2, 2007, at a Sioux City hospital following a lengthy illness. Services were at Mount Olive Baptist Church in Sioux City. Burial will be in Dakota City (Neb.) Cemetery. Born June 4, 1913, in rural Boulevard Co., Shaw, Miss., the daughter of William A. and Junetta (Holmes) Pratt. Married George P. Boykin on Oct. 18, 1931, in Choctow, Miss. He died June 27, 2000, in South Sioux City. Preceded in death by her parents; her husband, the Rev. George P. Boykin; a daughter, Jeanette Boykin; two sons, Donald and Gene Boykin; and a grandson, Richard Buhrman. SOUTH SIOUX CITY -- Ruth R.
