Born Sept. 29, 1937 in Weiser, Idaho, to Herman Albert and Dorothy Elizabeth Owen Johnson. Joined the U.S. Navy in Aug. 1956. Walt and Nina were married in 1968. Preceded in death by his parents and a brother, John Johnson. Cremation was chosen. A memorial graveside service Mar. 5, 2007 at Fort McPherson National Cemetery. After her marriage to Stephen M. Sexton, the couple lived in Wyoming. After his death, she married Bertram Freitag. He also preceded her in death.
