WALTHILL, Neb. -- Marcia D. TYNDALL, 48, of Walthill died on Mar. 1, 2007
at a Sioux City hospital. Services Mar. 5, 2007 at the Alfred Gilpin Building 
in Macy, Neb. Burial will be in the Omaha Tribal Cemetery. Arrangements are 
under the direction of Munderloh Funeral Home of Pender, Neb. Born on 
May 10, 1958, in Omaha, Neb., the daughter of Corbett and Cordelia (Porter) 
Tyndall. Preceded in death by her parents, Corbett Tyndall and Cordelia Porter; 
an aunt, Clara Tyndall; a brother, John Springer; and a sister, Beck Springer. 

EMERSON, Neb. -- Vivian STARK, 90, of Emerson died Mar. 1, 2007, at 
a Sioux City hospital. Services: Mar. 6, 2007 at St. Luke’s Lutheran Church 
in Emerson. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery at Emerson. Born on Dec. 7, 1916
in Dixon County, the daughter of Herman and Anna (Dohrman) Gradert.
She married Harlan Stark on Feb. 21, 1941.

WAYNE, Neb. -- Ellain VAHLKAMP, 89, of Wayne died Mar. 2, 2007, at 
a hospital in Greeley, Colo. Services will be 10 a.m. Friday at Grace 
Lutheran Church in Wayne. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery, Wayne. 

Eddie Dean WINGET, 72, of Clearwater, Fla., formerly of Sioux City
died Feb. 10, 2007, following a lengthy illness. Services were held Feb. 16 
with military rites. Burial was in Bay Pines National Cemetery. Born Dec. 6, 1934, 
in Bristow, Neb. He made a career of the Air Force for 26 years. Served two 
tours in Vietnam during the Vietnam War. Preceded in death by his parents, 
Edwin and Marie (Bennett) Winget; a sister, Lois (Winget) Castle; and 
two beloved daughters, Alison and Andrea Winget. 

ALLEN, Neb. -- Jessica Ann LOOMANS, 24, of Worthington, Minn., formerly 
of Allen, died Mar 5, 2007, following a lengthy battle with cancer.
Services will be 10 a.m. Friday at Christian Reformed Church in Worthington. 
Burial will be in Eastview Cemetery, Allen. Born Mar 19, 1982, in Wayne, Neb., 
the daughter of Robert and Joy (Van Dyke) Bock. Married to Ryan Loomans 
at Sioux Center's Christian Reformed Church on June 5, 2004. In Sept 2004, 
she was diagnosed with Ewing's Sarcoma. Preceded in death by her 
grandfather, John Van Dyke; and an uncle, Don Bock.

MACY, Neb. -- Isabelle R. GILPIN, 83, of Macy died Mar 9, 2007.
Services were at the Alfred Gilpin Building in Macy. Burial in 
Omaha Tribal Cemetery, Macy. Arrangements under the direction 
of Munderloh Funeral Home in Pender, Neb. 

HARTINGTON, Neb. -- Duane J. HOCHSTEIN, 73, of Hartington died 
Mar 9, 2007. Services: at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Hartington. 
Burial will be in St. Michael's Cemetery, Hartington, with military rites. 

WASHTA, Iowa -- Archer L. SWICK, 70, of Washta passed away Mar 7, 2007.
Due to his request, there will be no services at this time. Arrangements are 
under the direction of Christy-Smith Morningside Chapel in Sioux City.
Born Feb. 11, 1937, in Newcastle, Neb., to John and Leafie (Babcock) Swick. 
Served in the U.S. Army. Married Karen Gayle Greeny on Feb. 18, 1967, in 
South Sioux City. Preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Melvin 
Swick and Milton Swick; and three sisters, Iola Ahlf, Grace Dunham and 
Sally Welsh. 

WALTHILL, Neb. -- Jimmy Lee TIPTON, 67, of Esko, Minn., formerly of 
Walthill, passed away Mar 7, 2007, in Moose Lake, Minn. Memorial services 
will be 10 a.m. Mar 17, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Walthill, Neb.
Born Dec. 19, 1939, in Walthill to Ray "Buck" and Josephine (Lamson) Tipton. 
Married Carole Schmedding on Feb. 28,1958, and had four children. Preceded 
in death by an infant daughter, Carrie Lee; his parents, "Buck" and "Jo"; 
brothers, Marlowe "Browne," Francis "Fritz" and Donnie Tipton; and sisters, 
Alice (Tipton) Kullbum and Joanne (Tipton) Kunzie. 

ST. HELENA, Neb. -- Cecilia M. SCHMIDT, 91, of St. Helena died Mar 11, 2007.
Services will be 10:30 a.m. Mar 15, 2007 at Holy Family Catholic Church in 
Bow Valley, Neb. Burial will be in Immaculate Conception Cemetery, St. Helena. 

MACY, Neb. -- Gary A. LASLEY Jr., 19, of Macy died Mar 10, 2007, in 
South Sioux City. Services will be 2 p.m. Mar 15, 2007 at the Alfred Gilpin 
Building in Macy. Burial will be in Omaha Tribal Cemetery. Arrangements are 
under the direction of Munderloh Funeral Home in Pender, Neb. 

SOUTH SIOUX CITY -- Molly M. (Sides) SMITH, 82, of Ponca, Neb., formerly 
of South Sioux City, died Mar 16, 2007 in Ponca, following a brief illness.
Services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Paul United Methodist Church in 
South Sioux City. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery, Sioux City. 
Born on Aug. 20, 1924, in Dakota City, Neb., the daughter of Porter G. 
and Elsie M. (Fegenbush) Sides. Married Russell Smith on Nov. 12, 1949, 
at Dakota City. He preceded her in death on Nov. 9, 1974, in South Sioux 
City. Preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Russell Smith; and 
a sister, Jane Luft.

DIXON, Neb. -- Janice HARTMAN, 72, of Dixon died Mar 17, 2007 in Wayne, Neb.
Services Mar 20, 2007 at Evangelical Free Church in Concord, Neb. Burial will be 
in Concord Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of 
Hasemann-Schumacher Funeral Home in Laurel, Neb. 

JACKSON, Neb. -- Frances A. KRAMPER, 91, of Jackson died Mar 17, 2007
in South Sioux City. Arrangements are pending at Christy-Smith Larkin 
Northside Chapel. 

SOUTH SIOUX CITY -- Goldie B. KRUMWIEDE, 98, formerly of South Sioux 
City died Mar 21, 2007, at Bickford Cottage in Sioux City. Arrangements 
are pending with Becker-Hunt Funeral Home. 

Martha M. WIDNER, 87, of Sioux City Mar 18, 2007. Services: at St. Joseph 
Catholic Church. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Mrs. Widner was 
born Nov. 30, 1919, in Elgin, Neb., the daughter of Henry and Mary 
(Venteicher) Bohnenkamp. Married Austin Widner on Jan. 31, 1970, in 
Sioux City. He died Dec. 20, 1982, in Sioux City. She is survived by 
many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her parents; her 
husband; three brothers, Lawrence, Ray and Wilfred Bohnenkamp; 
and two sisters, Henrietta Schroeder and Helen Bohnenkamp.

WINNEBAGO, Neb. -- Wallace H. "Wally" ROGERS, 72, of Winnebago 
passed away peacefully surrounded by his family Mar 20, 2007 in 
Pender, Neb. Services: at Reformed Church of Winnebago. Burial 
will be in Winnebago Indian Cemetery. Born Nov. 4, 1934, to Laura 
(Hill) Rogers and Byron Rogers, in Sturgis, S.D. Married Constance 
M. Keller on July 26, 1971, in Pender, Neb. Preceded in death by 
his parents; and a brother. 

JACKSON, Neb. -- Frances A. KRAMPER, 91, of Jackson died Mar 17, 2007
in South Sioux City following a brief illness. Services: at St. Patrick's Catholic 
Church in Jackson, with the Rev. James V. Kramper, son of the deceased, the 
Rev. Paul M. Albenesius of St. Patrick's Catholic Church, and other priests in 
the area in attendance. Burial will be in St. John's Cemetery. Born May 29, 1915, 
in Currie, Minn., the daughter of Michael and Theresa (Westergaard) Puhl. 
Married John J. "Jack" Kramper on Nov. 27, 1941, in Akron, Iowa. He died 
Jan. 23, 1995, in Jackson. Preceded in death by her parents; her husband; 
a brother and sister in infancy, William and Cecelia Puhl; a sister and her 
husband, Beatrice and Leonard Feldhacker; a brother and his wife, Robert 
and Roseen Puhl; a sister-in-law, Audrey Puhl; and in-laws, John and 
Monica Duggan and Celia Kramper.

WAYNE, Neb. -- Elsie D. BERRY, 86, of Wayne, formerly of Omaha, died 
Mar 20, 2007. Private family graveside services will be in Greenwood 
Cemetery, Wayne.  

WAKEFIELD, Neb. -- Mildred E. HEIKES, 89, of Wilber, Neb., formerly of 
Wakefield, died Mar 20, 2007. Services: Evangelical Church in Wakefield. 
Burial will be in Wakefield Cemetery. Bressler-Munderloh Funeral Home 
in Wakefield. 

Dorothy Jane BOULDEN, 78, of Sioux City passed away Mar 24, 2007.
Memorial services: at First Covenant Church. Born Mar 20, 1929, to 
Bert and Anna (Rasmussen) Joslin at her parents' home on their 
Hartington, Neb., farm. Married Jack F. Boulden on May 3, 1946, 
at Our Savior's Lutheran Church in Sioux City. Preceded in death 
by her parents and stepfather; a brother, Byron Joslin; and son, 
Duane Boulden.

PENDER, Neb. -- Kenneth SIMONSEN, 81, of Pender died Mar 24, 2007.
Services: at St. John's Lutheran Church near Pender. Burial in 
St. John's Lutheran Cemetery. 

LINCOLN, Neb. -- Alberta Mae CANBY, 76, of Lincoln died Mar 23, 2007.
Services Mar 27, 2007 at the Alfred Gilpin Building in Macy, Neb. Burial 
in Omaha Tribal Cemetery at Macy. Arrangements are under the direction 
of Munderloh Funeral Home in Pender, Neb. 

WINSIDE, Neb. -- Arthur M. GRONE, 80, of Winside died Mar 23, 2007
in Wayne, Neb. Services Mar 27, 2007 at Our Savior Lutheran Church in 
Wayne. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery. Arrangements are under 
the direction of Thompson Chapel in Wakefield, Neb. 

OMAHA, Neb. -- Clarice E. FISCHER, 80, of Omaha died Mar 23, 2007.
Arrangements are pending at Reichmuth Funeral Home in Elkhorn, Neb. 

LINCOLN, Neb. -- Michael D. McCLAIN, 60, of Lincoln died Mar 20, 2007.
Memorial services will be March 31, at South Gate United Methodist

WINNEBAGO, Neb. -- Anaya B. WOLFE, 5-month-old daughter of Daniel 
Wolfe and Suzanne Woods of Winnebago, passed away Mar 29, 2007
in Omaha. Services: at Native American Church in Winnebago. Burial 
will be in Winnebago Cemetery. Anaya was born Oct. 18, 2006, in 
Omaha. Preceded in death by her brother, James Wilbur Wolfe.

DECATUR, Neb. -- Del Ray STILLMAN, 64, of Decatur died 
Mar 30, 2007 in Lyons, Neb. Services will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday 
at United Methodist Church in Decatur. Burial will be in Hillcrest 
Cemetery, Decatur. 

DIXON, Neb. -- Phyllis V. WESTERMAN, 87, of Dixon died 
Mar 31, 2007, in Wayne, Neb. Services will be 10:30 a.m. 
Wednesday at United Methodist Church in Allen, Neb. 
Burial will be in Concord Cemetery, Concord, Neb.
