BECKSTEAD, Margie M. "Broz"
Graveside services were held on May 21, 2009 at St. Mary's 
Cemetery, for Margie M.Beckstead (AKA ""Broz") of Papillion. 
She died May 18, 2009 at the age of 87. Survivors are many 
nieces and nephews and great-nephews and great-nieces. 
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph and a 
sister and brother-in-law. 
 
CAMPBELL, Brian J. 
Funeral services held June 1, 2009 at First Presbyterian Church 
in Bellevue for Brian J. Campbell of Bellevue. He died May 26, 2009 
at the age of 35. He was preceded in death by his father Judge 
Jeffrey Campbell and brother Alan. Brian was a Bellevue University 
graduate in psychology. Interment in Bellevue Cemetery. 
 
CASH, Melvin G. 
Funeral services held June 3, 2009, at Bellevue Memorial Chapel 
for retired USAF Col. Melvin G. Cash. He died May 30, 2009 at the 
age of 92. Bellevue Memorial Chapel is in charge of arrangements.    
 
DESJARDINS, Christopher Jon
Christopher Jon Desjardins died May 5, 2009, in Buchanan, Tenn. 
He was born Feb. 25, 1962, in Salina, Kan. A celebration of Chris' 
life held on May 30, at Fontenelle Forest Nature Center, Camp 
Brewster facility. 
 
HOSHAW, Walter
Walter B. Hoshaw, born in Weston County, Wyo., age 63, of Bellevue, Neb. 
died April 6, 2009 in Omaha, Neb. A memorial prayer service for Walter 
Hoshaw held May 16, 2009 t St. John's Lutheran Church, in Des 
Moines, Iowa. Walter was preceded in death by one brother. 
 
JONES Sr., Clarence E. 
Funeral services held May 16 at Capehart Chapel for retired 
U.S. Air Force Master Sgt. Clarence E. Jones Sr. of Bellevue. 
He died May 12, 2009, at the age of 57. Interment private. 
Clarence was preceded in death by his mother, Mary, and 
brother, Carl E. Jr. 

KASSAY-FARKAS, Hedwig  
Graveside services held May 30, 2009 at Bellevue Cemetery for 
former Bellevue resident Hedwig Kassay-Farkas of Texas. She 
died May 25, 2009 at the age of 94. She was preceded in death 
by her husband, Paul Kassay-Farkas. 
 
KILTY, Jacqueline Gabriel (Demers)
Jacqueline Gabriel Demers Kilty, 79, formerly of Bellevue, Neb., died 
May 27, 2009. Interment at St. Michael the Archangel Cemetery in 
Palatine, Ill. 
 
LAY, James O.  
Funeral services were held May 26, 2009 for retired USAF Col. James 
O. Lay of Omaha. He died May 21, 2009 at the age of 80. He was a 
graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy. He was preceded in death by 
his parents Maynard and Hallie and a son, James R. Inurnment was 
May 27 at Bellevue Cemetery with full military honors by 
Offutt AFB Honor Guard.
 
MOYER, Richard L.  
Funeral services held May 13, 2009 for retired USAF Master Sgt. 
Richard L. Moyer of Bellevue at Pilgrim Lutheran Church. He died 
May 10, 2009 at the age of 80. He was preceded in death by 
his wife, Rosie. 
 
SVOBODA, Marie
A graveside service was held May 27 in Bellevue Cemetery 
for Marie Svoboda of Bellevue. She was preceded in death 
by her husband John.

May 30, at 4 p.m. at Fontenelle Forest Nature Center, Camp Brewster facility. 

GOLDEN, Viola M.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, June 19 at St. Mary 
Catholic Church for Viola M. Golden of Bellevue. She died June 16, 2009
at the age of 93. Viola was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas; 
children, Thomas and Mary; and grandson, Christopher Mallett. 

KASSAY-FARKAS, Hedwig
Graveside services will be held May 30, 2009 at 1 p.m. at Bellevue 
Cemetery for former Bellevue resident Hedwig Kassay-Farkas of Texas. 
She died May 25, 2009 at the age of 94. She was preceded in death 
by her husband, Paul Kassay-Farkas.
